Our Story

7020TEN is an Australian-based human capital development firm specialising in leadership, capability uplift, and behavioural transformation. We partner with organisations to design and embed ecosystems of human capital development—integrated pathways that build capability, strengthen leadership, and transform culture in measurable and sustainable ways.

We are not a traditional training provider.

Every engagement begins with a rigorous capability and culture analysis, supported by behavioural profiling, leadership diagnostics, and evidence-based design. Using our proprietary TELD© methodology, we create learning pathways that combine targeted workshops, coaching, e-development, and practical reinforcement to ensure learning sticks and delivers performance uplift.

Our original, research-backed development models—including S.C.O.P.E. Feedforward Model™, Contextual Leadership®, The Communication Advantage© (CCQ), The X-Minute Principle®, Growth Mindset Bluepring© and Compass Management®—are used across industries, government, and leadership institutes to strengthen communication, leadership capability, and workplace culture.

We have worked with and for a wide range of organisations in both the public and private sectors, including:
Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM), University of Applied Research & Development (UARD), PD Training, GMHBA Australia, Rio Tinto, GASCO, BMD Australia, and many other agencies, ministries, enterprises, and multinational organisations across the globe.

7020TEN is led by Danny Simms, the founding director and principal consultant. Danny is a recognised subject matter expert in individual and organisational capability & culture development that supports significant profitability growth. A published researcher and practitioner, with an impressive history of senior, executive and consulting positions across a range of international organisations and industries.

He holds multiple postgraduate qualifications, including Level 7 postgraduate diplomas in Coaching & Mentoring, Strategic Leadership of Productivity and Performance, and extensive qualifications in leadership, management, education, and behavioural science. Danny designs and leads capability uplift initiatives across ASEAN and internationally, with a strong focus on behavioural change, digital leadership, and learning strategy.

Danny is supported by a network of highly experienced facilitators, consultants, learning designers, and coaches across disciplines such as leadership, business transformation, emotional intelligence, organisational culture, and adult learning.

Every member of the 7020TEN team brings deep subject matter expertise and real-world experience to ensure that development is practical, culturally aligned, and immediately applicable.

Our mission is simple:
To build leaders, uplift capability, and enable organisations to achieve sustained performance through ecosystems of learning—not isolated training events.

Whether you want to strengthen leadership capability, develop a high-performance culture, or prepare your workforce for the future, we are here to help you build capability that lasts.

Our Philosophy and Mission - Doctrina Omnibus Praesto

At 7020TEN, our philosophy is captured in the Latin phrase Doctrina Omnibus Praesto—Learning for All.

We believe capability development should be accessible, culturally relevant, and available to every organisation, regardless of size or geography.

This commitment underpins our approach to democratising learning across ASEAN, the Gulf States, Europe, and beyond. It also shapes our regionally aligned pricing strategy, which ensures that high-quality leadership development, behavioural uplift, and capability-building ecosystems remain accessible and sustainable for diverse economies.

Our mission is to remove barriers to growth so every leader, every team, and every organisation has the opportunity to learn, develop, and thrive.
